Looking for long term independent renter (meaning not affiliated with the name "The Vintage Hair Salon")

Full or Part Time (Days and Time can be negotiated)

If you and a friend would like to rent together I am able to rearrange to a 2 station set up.

 

I (the owner) will be attending college full time for the next year, then planning to move out of state, so the salon would predominately be yours to use. So I am looking for the right fit.
